INDEPENDENT REPORTING CHANNEL

Ethics Ombudsman offers an independent and confidential reporting channel, complementing companies existing Speak-Up channels such as a Compliance hotline, to overcome the fear for retaliation which is one of the main concerns preventing people to Speak-Up.

COMPLIANCE INVESTIGATION SERVICES

We are proposing investigation services including but not limited to drafting the investigation plan, conducting interviews, coordinating forensic investigation and document review procedures and communication of investigation conclusions to the ad hoc executive management members and/or committees.

MEDIATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Creating a trusted relationship with the reporter offers opportunities for mediation and dispute resolution on behalf of the management team.
