As an experienced Chief Compliance Officer, having led Corporate Compliance & Investigation activities of listed companies in Switzerland (including fortune 100) with over 16 years of broad functional experience in international and local laws & regulations related compliance risks with a specific focus but not limited to the U.S., Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Gérald has, to date, conducted Compliance audits and investigations in over 30 countries, which has given him a broad understanding of the different risks related to local jurisdictions and related data protection implications.
Gérald spent most of his career in Switzerland with an experience in the U.S. dedicated to both in-house and consulting positions. He holds a Master’s Degree in business administration from the Burgundy School of Business and is an active Certified Fraud Examiner since 2010.
Gerald’s spoken languages are English, French (native) and German.
